This course provides an in-depth exploration of child welfare programs, their historical development, theoretical underpinnings, and practical implementation. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the complex issues surrounding child welfare, including child abuse, neglect, and exploitation, as well as the services and policies designed to protect and support children.

This unit cover the competencies required to identify research problem, formulate research plan, develop research tools, carry out data collection, analyze collected data and prepare research report.
